MENTORSHIP PROGRAM The Odesa Mentorship Program is recommended for volunteers who wish to gain hands-on theatre experience on an Odesa Company production.
As a mentee, you will be paired with a mentor who is a member of the production team of the show you will be working on; you will shadow them throughout the production process, and you have the opportunity to volunteer in areas according to your interests and the needs of the production.
You will not have a choice of the show you work on. Rather, you will be assigned to a show based on availability and other factors. Your workload will depend on your ability, availability, and your mentor's role on the production.
Production schedules vary throughout the year, but it is probable that you will be required in the spring, summer, and/or fall of the calendar year. Spaces are limited, and no previous experience is necessary.

There is no specific deadline for applications. However, it is recommended to apply as soon as possible so we can assign you to the next available production. Once spaces have been filled for the calendar year, the form below will become unavailable.
